About HVAC Air Conditioning Naples

We’re HVAC technicians who worked at other HVAC companies, then went out on our own. HVAC Air Conditioning Naples is how we always wanted the job done.

Who we are

Between us we’ve worked on a lot of air conditioners for other people’s companies. Somewhere along the way each of us decided we’d rather run the calls our own way, so we teamed up and started this one.

The name is plain on purpose. It says what we do and where we do it.

How we work

We try to notice the small things on every call. The float switch that’s been zip-tied up out of the way. Salt on the fins of a unit that’s otherwise running fine. A strap rusting where it meets the pad. Most of what goes wrong with an AC in Naples starts as something small nobody looked at.

We’d rather explain a problem clearly than sell you something you don’t need. When a repair makes sense, we say so, and when replacement makes more sense, we tell you why.

Why we stay on this stretch of coast

We keep to Naples and the Collier County coast so we can learn its buildings well. The condo closets where the air handler shares space with the water heater. The raised houses on Marco Island with the outdoor unit strapped to a stand. The Naples Park lots laid out in 1951, and the Lely Resort homes built decades later.

Each of those puts different demands on an air conditioner, and the salt near the Gulf adds its own. Knowing them ahead of time means fewer surprises when we open the panel.

The calls we see most in Naples

  • AC not cooling
  • Water leaking at the air handler
  • Frozen coils
  • Salt air corrosion on outdoor units
  • Systems near the end of their life

What we work on

Air conditioners and heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, air handlers, condensate drains and thermostats, in homes and condos across Naples and the Collier County coast. We also install media filters, UV lights and dehumidifiers when a house needs them.

Our service areas page lists where we go, and our AC repair page explains how a visit runs.
