Where we work: Naples and coastal Collier County

HVAC Air Conditioning Naples covers Collier County from Naples Park and Vineyards south through Naples to Lely Resort and Marco Island, and inland out to Golden Gate and Orangetree.

Also on our route

Naples

Port Royal was dredged out of Naples Bay in the 1950s, and Aqualane Shores, Park Shore and the Moorings followed in the 1960s and 70s, most of them on the water. Outdoor units this close to the Gulf and the bay get checked for salt damage on every visit.

Golden Gate

Golden Gate is the dense two-mile square of streets about eight miles northeast of downtown Naples, reached by Golden Gate Parkway. It’s inland, so salt matters less and the calls tend to be the everyday kind: capacitors, clogged drains and systems at the end of their life.

Pelican Bay

Pelican Bay sits between US 41 and the Gulf, north of the Naples city line and south of Vanderbilt Beach Road. That close to the beach, it gets the same salt exposure as the rest of the coast.

Naples Park

Naples Park opened in 1951 on a grid between US 41 and Vanderbilt Drive, running from 91st Avenue North up to 111th Avenue North. The houses vary a lot in age, so the AC in any one of them could be almost anything.

Vineyards

Vineyards lies east of I-75 at the Pine Ridge Road exit, about ten miles northeast of downtown. If your Vineyards home sits empty in summer, our humidity guide was written with you in mind.

Lely Resort

Lely Resort is the golf community off US 41 southeast of downtown, named for Dutch inventor Cornelius van der Lely, who bought the land in 1972. Its courses opened in the 1990s and building has continued since, so the systems there range from original to new.

Orangetree

Orangetree is about 23 miles northeast of downtown Naples, where Oil Well Road begins at Immokalee Road. It’s the farthest inland of the places we cover, with none of the coastal salt and all of the summer heat.

AC service across Naples and Collier County

Our area runs along the coast and a little way inland. The coastal neighborhoods get the salt and most of the condos, while Golden Gate and Orangetree sit well back from the beach and deal with heat more than corrosion.

We plan every visit around where the equipment is and how we’ll reach it, whether that’s a rooftop on Gulf Shore Boulevard or a garage closet out in Orangetree.

City limits and permits

Most of our area is unincorporated Collier County, where AC replacements are permitted through the county. The City of Naples and the City of Marco Island run their own building departments, and we file with whichever one covers your address.
